SereLex Ltd is the data controller.
SereLex Ltd is the principal distributor of the iCHASE AI Bird Repeller System in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It may appoint authorised sub-distributors where appropriate.
02 · Information we collect
Information needed to assess, supply and support a site.
Depending on your enquiry or relationship with us, we may collect:
- Your name, job title, employer and business contact details.
- Site addresses, delivery details and billing information.
- Information about the bird issue, target species, site layout and operational requirements.
- Photographs, plans or other material you provide for a site assessment.
- Quotations, orders, payment records, warranties and support correspondence.
- Records of meetings, calls, events and legitimate business-development contact.
- Basic technical information generated when you visit our website, where supplied by our hosting or embedded-content providers.
Please avoid sending personal information that is not relevant to the assessment or service.
03 · Purposes and lawful bases
We use information for defined business purposes.
Your right to object: you may ask us to stop using your personal information for direct marketing at any time.
05 · Retention
We do not keep information indefinitely.
- Unsuccessful enquiries and associated site-assessment material are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Customer, order, invoice, warranty and transaction records are normally retained for up to seven years after the relevant transaction or relationship ends where needed for tax, legal or contractual purposes.
- Business-marketing records are retained until you opt out or the details are no longer considered current and relevant.
- Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for a legal claim, investigation or regulatory requirement.

You remain in control of your personal information.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information; object to certain processing; obtain portable information; and withdraw consent where consent is used. These rights are not absolute and lawful exemptions may apply.
We do not use SereLex website-enquiry information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
